If you're gathering a large group,
there are TWO separate apartments in this large historic home. Each has a
spacious kitchen & dining area with three bedrooms (2 with twin beds, 1 with
queen). If you really have a BIG group, there is plenty of space for
additional cots or air-beds.

Each apartment has a full-length,
covered, screened porch overlooking Great
Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario. Besides a fantastic view, the screened porch
offers a great place for kids to "camp out."

The downstairs has that
"breath of fresh air" feeling with wide-open spaces and fantastic view
of the Lake Ontario channel & Great Sodus Bay.
